Women’s Holistic Retreat Days
Quarterly holistic retreat days are run at the Osteopathic Health Care Centre on Saturdays or Sundays. Clients are served detoxifying herbal juices on arrival.

Holistic relaxation treatments are given to individuals with the aim of de-stressing, detoxifying and healing.

Organic Lunches are served in the afternoon and various relaxation techniques and therapies are performed throughout the day.
